Condo on the Bluff

You know you are serious about updating your space when you gut most of your unit for changes in layout and all new fixtures and finishes. The owners were ready for a new look. The kitchen centerpiece is an island with a waterfall edge stone countertop. Four ladders for accessing the upper cabinets are built-in but hidden in plain sight making this kitchen truly unique.

The view from the tub in the primary bath is stunning along with a two-sink vanity and a dressing table with articulated mirrors that double as cabinet doors. The finish on the cabinets in the primary bath includes a custom applied silver fleck.
The powder room can best be described as whimsical with its fun blue wallpaper and silver ceiling.

Throughout much of the space, including one of the updated offices, new Carlisle engineered rift sawn white oak flooring was added. A new front door welcomes all into this renewed and refreshed home.
